Founded in 2014 by family members, Lance Smithurst and Nicky Jones, who between them boast over 40 years’ experience in many aspects of the building industry.

Ultrabuild can and do provide a fully in house service from Groundworks, Super structure, Joinery, plastering, roofing, Plumbing, Electricals, and landscaping – In essence we can take on your project from inception to completion, handing you the keys to your new building, extension, or renovation.

Added to the above we are equally at home on commercial properties such as nursing homes, railway stations, car parks, retail outlets, schools and NHS hospitals and surgeries.

Both Lance and Nicky take an active hands-on role within the business offering regular site assistance and management to ensure clients are kept fully abreast of developments and avoiding unnecessary stoppages or additional costs.

We pride ourselves on quickly understanding our clients’ needs and following that up with both a cost effective and practical resolution to suit both cost and quality requirements.
